The Pelvic Floor Class (see winter dates below) As we age and life's events take a toll on our bodies, our pelvic floor weakens. This can cause lower back pain, sacrum and hip imbalances, weak bladder issues and an unstable core.
This class is intended to strengthen you from the inside out giving you a renewed confidence in your body, and making it easier and safer to do all the things you love to do (i.e. gardening, lifting, hiking, yoga, running, cycling). It will also increase your vitality, stamina, resilience and balance.
This particular class is open only to women.
